First of all, I gotta tell you that cardmaking is my passion. I love it! Of course, I love scrapbooking too, but there are just some times I just wanna make a card-- not a layout!
I think this blog hop is super fun because Amanda sent us a packet of goodies to make our cards with! I was amazed at how much you can do with just a little mini kit of stuff- I even had leftovers when I got finished with my card! :)
I added a script stamp to the raw chipboard pieces to dress them up a bit, and I covered the chipboard heart with paper. The only items I added to my kit were: white embroidery floss, red cardstock (for covering the heart), "Be Mine" rub-on, stamps/ ink, and kraft cardstock (for cardbase). When I list it out, it sure looks like a lot, but really it's not. :P

ReplyDeleteHeather, you are an AWESOME card maker (and Scrapbooker too!!) and you definitely didn't disappoint on this one! I love that you left the chipboard buttons natural, but added the little bit of text stamp!! Great job!!...and I've been a follower for a while! :)
