You Are Loved

Hi! I've been into all sorts of stuff lately. Reorganizing, sorting, you name it. Yesterday I transferred all of my scrapbook supplies from my scrapbook room to my actual room. I had bought a desk and book shelf with some of my graduation money for if-and-when we move. and our other house doesn't have a scrapbook room. While we were on vacation last week, I had bought some new organizing whatnots, so I wanted to see how it all fit into my shelf. So, I moved it all over, and I'm loving it!! When you sort you find out how MUCH stuff you have! Boy, do I need to get busy! I *should* try to use all my stuff up, but we'll see how that works. It usually makes me want to buy more for some reason. Like, since my brain says "No," my heart says, "Yes!"

This page came together out of inspiration from Paige Evans's Scrap Your Stash video. I have gotten to where I love saving the Two Peas videos to my iPad and watching them whenever I get the chance. And of course I love to play along with the challenges. :) Paige's challenge was to use a repeated shape. And if you have seen any of her pages, you would know that she LOVES doing that. I loved her take on semicircles, so I got out my 1 3/8 inch circle punch and some Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm scraps and got to work! Somehow I always end up having more punched out shapes than I need, so I used the leftovers to make a Thank You card. I still have more leftover semicircles though. And scraps for that matter. At least I can say I tried to use them up!
