Wedding Shower Invites

Just wanted to share some wedding shower invitations I made last week. I bought a teacup card shape from the Silhouette store and cut about 30 of these things! It seemed like it took forever! It's going to be a tea themed shower. And vintage-y. So I bought a paper pack from Hobby Lobby. It's the London Market line from Pink Paislee. It worked out perfectly! The only bad thing is I sent out the invites and then discovered that I put the wrong date on all of them! Arg!!! But we sent some postcard corrections so it's all good. :) Have a great weekend!

  3. Very cute! But yes, I'm sure it did feel like it took forever to make 30 of those. Glad you were able to get the date corrected!

  5. Heather, these invitations are so gorgeous! I absolutely love them! I'm sorry to hear about the dates. Sometimes when I'm doing too many of the same thing, my brain starts to melt and I make a mistake like that. Oh well. That's life!

  6. Your tea cup card invitations are so sweet! I love the way you created the designs on the cups with the different pattered papers.
I can totally sympathize with you about the date mix-up. My biggest problem is usually sending cards and forgetting to sign them. Thankfully I usually put the return address on the outside of the envelope. lol
Hope you have a great week and have fun on your trip! :)
