February 21st Sassy Lil Sketches

Sassy Lil Sketches soooo much. I did the card AND layout again!! :)
Here's the card sketch:

and here's my creation from the sketch: (I used Echo Park's "Life is Good" line. I LOVE this paper... I think I'm a paper-a-holic. :P)

And the layout sketch was just plain inspiring, so..... here's the sketch:

And here's what I did with it. I used Jillibean Soup paper for the background, American Crafts letter stickers, a Fiskars scalloped punch, and some paper from Hobby Lobby. The journaling reads, " Laura and I had fun eating cold icicles. Very 'cool'!" Fun, fun!!

February 14th Sassy Lil Sketches Projects

  I made a card with the Feb. 14th sketch from Sassy Lil Sketches using Cosmo Cricket's Earth Love line.

And I also did a layout with Sassy Lil Sketches page sketch. I used Cosmo Cricket's DeLovely line. The banner is from Sassafras Lass.

Sassy Lil Sketches also does card sketches, so I'm participating in their Feb. 7th card sketch as well as the LO sketch. (Plus, they give out a prize from Cosmo Cricket to one person, which is my FAVORITE company, so that's another good thing...) Here's the sketch:

The paper used on this card is from the $1 isle at Target- I love this paper! It's so pretty, I think. :) Thanks for looking!!

Sassy Lil Sketches Layout

I've just discovered this awesome blog for great layout sketches. So, I decided to participate in their Feb. 7th sketch. Here's the sketch:

I used Sassafrass Lass paper and stickers, then Thickers from American Crafts for the "goofy girl" title. Laura does NOT like this layout, but I think it's her fault for making funny faces when I try to take pictures of her. :P

Prize from Creating Keepsakes!!

In January, I won a contest on Club Creating Keepsakes. So.... here's a picture of my awesome prize

So awesome, right?! Well that's just what I thought when I got the mail on Friday and opened this wonderful package!!

Sad...

I didn't make the Pretty Little Studio Design Team. :( That's basically why I made this little blog and it didn't work out. I'm sad, but not REALLY upset about it- this summer they pick a NEW design team for the fall/ winter. (you're on the team for about 6 months) And maybe I'll make it then. :) I like scrapping fall and winter better than summer anyway so hopefully it'll work out good. :)
